Assumed the position of President of Cosmos Group in February 2018.
Christian has more than 26 years of experience in hospitality industry, 17 out of that in Russia. He graduated fr om Hotel management school in Heidelberg, Germany, and also completed several courses of PDP Cornell University in New York.
Christian proceeded his career working with industry leaders such as Marriott Hotels International, IHG, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, and The Rezidor Hotel Group in Germany, England and Russia. Christian managed the Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya, with 1200 rooms the biggest hotel in the North-West of Russia fr om 2004 till 2009, and led in 2006 the transition from locally managed hotel into international operated hotel by Park Inn brand.
In 2009 he joined Venture Investments and Yield Management as Executive Manager being responsible for their Hotel projects; from 2010 till 2013 he took responsibility as Director International Partners in Regional Hotel Chain (RHC), being responsible for all operational issues of RHC hotels, as well as all communication between RHC and international operators from the development phase until pre-opening and operational phase.
Since June 2013 till March 2017 Christian was responsible as Managing Director for RIMC CIS LLC. Then joined Cosmos Group, LLC as Vice President of the company wh ere till July 2017 was responsible for all operational issues.

Julia became part of Cosmos Group team in February 2016.
Her first job in the hospitality industry was with Rezidor Hotel Group, where she started as a training manager at Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya, the largest of Park Inn hotels, in 2007. In 2009, Julia was promoted to regional training manager. Starting fr om 2011, she worked as a master coach at the Business School @ Rezidor. In 2013, Julia became Director for People Development at RIMC-CIS Hotel Management Company, wh ere she worked with a portfolio comprising eight hotels of Park Inn by Radisson and Holiday Inn Express brands.
Julia Titova graduated from Saint Petersburg Institute of Trade and Economics as a qualified stock manager.

Anna Kosareva joined Cosmos Group in October 2017, being a professional in the hotel industry with 14 years of experience in sales and management.
More than 2 years, headed the largest hotel in Moscow – Cosmos. Before that, she held the position of Director of Operations at Hotel Korston Moscow, as well as the post of General Manager at Azimut Moscow Tulskaya Hotel.
Over the years of work in the hotel industry, Anna has repeatedly demonstrated her professional competence and deep knowledge of tools to improve the competitiveness of hotels.
Under her leadership Azimut Moscow Tulskaya Hotel became the best three-star business hotel in 2014 according to the prestigious Russian Hospitality Awards, while Cosmos Hotel in 2017 confirmed the title of "Best Employer of Moscow", winning the second year in a row in the nomination "For raising the professional level employees in the city´s organizations".
Anna Kosareva graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University, graduated from the State University of Management under the Professional Retraining Program "Hospitality" and the MBA-Intensive course for business leaders from the PwC Academy.
Yana Ukhanova has joined Cosmos Group from Russian state owned development bank Vnesheconombank (VEB) wh ere she worked as Director for hotel real estate and was responsible for operational control of the Bank non-core hotel assets, representing Owner’s interests. She was also leading opening of new hotel projects under construction.
Before joining Vnesheconombank, Yana worked for over 8 years as a consultant, specialising in hotel projects. She led over 50 hotel consultancy projects across Russia and CIS that included feasibility studies for city hotels and resort destinations, existing hotel valuations, hotel operator searches. Yana worked in a number of consultancy firms, including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ.
Yana graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO), faculty of International Relations.

Lyudmila Ignatenko has an extensive experience in the financial sphere, internal control and audit. Started her career as a senior accountant, she later was a Head of Internal Audit in state-owned companies, as well as in large chain stores of electronic and household electrical equipment.
Lyudmila graduated from Bryansk State Engineering and Technology Academy with a major in Industrial and Civil Engineering and The All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics as an Auditor and Economist. Lately Lyudmila obtained MBA degree at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Polina Lebedeva has been in the hospitality industry for 15 years.
Before joining Cosmos Group in April 2016, she was in charge of sales and marketing in Guta Group and Heliopark management companies, where she coordinated activities related to foreign, countryside and regional hotels.
A co-founder of IFK Hotel Management, she was in charge of the company’s sales and marketing fr om 2008 till 2014. As the Regional Franchising Manager of Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts at the same company, her responsibility was to promote the brand in Russia and ensure that its standards are met and maintained throughout the hotels’ life cycle. Her track record includes opening three hotels for the Olympic Games in Sochi.
Polina’s career started in the reception service of Golden Ring Hotel. Later she went on to work at Maxima Hotels, wh ere she set up a sales and marketing department from scratch, increased all key performance indicators significantly and implemented a brand development project for a hotel chain within just three years.
Polina Lebedeva is a cum laude graduate of Tsaritsyno College, Hotel Management Department, and Moscow State University of Service, Business Management in Hospitality.
She also completed the Strategic Marketing in Hospitality course at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, NY. In 2017, Polina studied Digital Marketing at Internet Reserve Academy in Moscow.

Irina’s experience in tourism and hospitality exceeds 20 years.
She started in 1993 in global hotel chains such as Marco Polo Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Corinthia Hotels and The Rezidor Hotel Group.
She gained her first experience working as Sales Coordinator in the 5-star Nevskij Palace Hotel with 287 rooms in the very heart of Saint Petersburg. Pursuing a professional career in sales, Irina was appointed as Assistant to Sales Director and later on, in 2006, she was promoted to Sales Director. Her most recent position was Sales and Marketing Director at Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltiyskaya.
Since 2016, her key objective has been to improve the revenue performance of hotels managed by Cosmos Group and reinforce their market positions.
Ekaterina has ensured the growth of Cosmos Group hotels’ revenue and profit since 2016.
She has more than 10 years of experience in revenue management. Ekaterina started her career in hospitality and tourism in 1993. She has worked with such global hotel chains as Marco Polo Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Corinthia Hotels. In particular, she was Revenue Director at the 5-star Corinthia Hotel in Saint Petersburg.
Ekaterina holds a master’s degree of Saint Petersburg State University in applied mathematics. She attended the following professional development training courses in hospitality: Top Management Seminar by New York University conducted in Saint Petersburg, Ideas Training by IDEAS, Train the Trainer by Starwood Hotels & Resorts and others.

Sergey has been with Cosmos Group team since the spring of 2016.
He is the professional who is key to the successful operations of any business nowadays, especially in hospitality. Sergey is in charge of information technologies and IT system support for our hotels.
His track record includes years of work with Russian and global hotel companies. Sergey started his career in hospitality in Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel in 2001. He was IT director at Heliopark Hotels & Resorts and Azimut Hotels management companies. He also worked at one of the properties of Lotte Hotels & Resorts and the management company of Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort.
Sergey is a graduate of Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Science (MGUPI) with a major in engineering. He also completed a number of CPD courses, including ITIL Foundation, PMI PMBoK v5, and Oracle PL/SQL.
Oksana started her career in the PR department of AFK Sistema in 1997. From 2004 to 2008, Oksana held the position of CEO of Maxima Communication Group that was part of the above-mentioned corporation. Over the years, the company's turnover has grown several times and Maxima has entered the top ten largest agencies in Russia.
In the period from 2010 to 2018, Oksana was responsible for the organization of corporate events and business travel within the Rosgosstrakh Group. During this time, Oksana Rebrik directly cooperated with Cosmos Group on the placement and organization of events in hotels under its management. Major events have repeatedly been held in hotels such as Park Inn by Radisson Yaroslavl, Altay Resort in the Altai Republic, Onego Palace in Petrozavodsk.
Oksana Rebrik graduated from the Faculty of History of the Moscow State University and postgraduated from the Central European University in Prague.
