CHG will manage a hotel in Patriot Park

Cosmos Hotel Group and PSB Group signed a management agreement for a hotel complex located in the territory of Patriot Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation. For Cosmos HG, PSB Patriot Hotel Complex will become the fourth facility of a third-party owner in the portfolio.

The opening of PSB Patriot Hotel Complex in Odintsovsky District of Moscow Region is scheduled for 2022. The hotel complex, being built by Promsvyazbank PJSC in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, is located on an area of over 9 ha and will include a comfortable 4* hotel (248 rooms), guest houses, an indoor ice palace, as well as a multidisciplinary sports and a health and fitness complex with a pool. The multifunctional conference hall can accommodate over 700 guests at the same time.

The hotel complex will focus on visitors of the military-patriotic park unique in its content, as well as guests and participants of events taking place in the Congress and Exhibition Centre of the Armed Forces of Russia. At the same time, the hotel's equipment meets the best standards of country recreation, which will allow it to receive guests focused on leisure with a large number of leisure, sports and wellness activities.
