CHG and Baltros will build a hotel in St. Petersburg

Cosmos Hotel Group (part of Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corporation Group) and Baltros GC (Group of Companies) signed an agreement on the joint implementation of a project to create a 4* hotel complex in St. Petersburg. The hotel will operate under the Cosmos brand. The total cost of investments in the project will be RUB 1.5 bln. The possibility of joint implementation of a hotel complex at Pulkovo Airport is also being considered.

The construction of the hotel complex is planned in Vyborgsky District of St. Petersburg, 5 km from Palace Square. This area has a developed infrastructure and excellent transport accessibility. Vyborgskaya Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. Convenient access to Western High-Speed Diameter. The city centre (Palace Square, Nevsky Avenue and other sightseeing attractions of the city) can be reached by private car or taxi in 15 minutes.

At a distance of 2.9 km from the building, you will see Finlandsky Railway Station, from which Allegro high-speed long-distance trains depart en route St. Petersburg — Helsinki. Pulkovo Airport is 30 minutes away by car. Such a location will be especially in demand for business people. A wonderful addition will be the proximity of the hotel to the historical ensemble of the barracks of the Life Guards of the Moscow (Lithuanian) regiment (built in 1833-1836).

The building is designed in accordance with international requirements and meets all modern criteria of a 4* business hotel. The hotel with an area of 7.2 thousand m2 provides 176 rooms, a restaurant with 120 seats, a lobby bar, a fitness centre, as well as a multifunctional conference centre with the ability to host an event of any complexity for up to 125 guests. The construction of the hotel is planned to be carried out in 2 years.

Cosmos Hotel in St. Petersburg will be created in accordance with the strategy and standards of the Cosmos Hotels brand: modern architectural and design solutions, focus on the business audience, which is reflected in the presence of a developed conference component.
