Cosmos HG rebranded

Cosmos Hotel Group launched large-scale rebranding of its hotel chain. As part of the rebranding programme, seven hotels of the chain that previously operated under the Park Inn brand will start working under the Cosmos Hotels brand. The decision was made based on the Company strategy, the main goal of which is to achieve the status of the national hotel chain No. 1.

Since 01 July 2021, Park Inn hotels in Astrakhan, Volgograd, Izhevsk, Kazan, Sochi, Novosibirsk, Yaroslavl have not only changed their signage to Cosmos Hotels, but also introduced qualitatively new service standards and connected to the Cosmos Travel booking system. The Company has also launched a new website.

Alexander Shveyn, President of Cosmos Hotel Group:

"For us, it's not just a story of changing the name, it's a story of our ambitions and rethinking the business. It's hard to achieve your goals when half of your assets have a different name. It's strange to talk about development when people come to you and associate you with another brand. And this is not an impulsive decision, a whole set of factors have played a role here. One of them is a new team of professionals, the best specialists in their field. We have high hopes for Service and Quality Control Department. These are people with international experience who have developed a unique concept of service standards that have already been implemented in Cosmos Collection Izumrudny Les and Cosmos Collection Altay Resort, and are now conducting trainings in the city hotels of our chain."

In 2016, Sistema PJSFC acquired hotels of Regional Hotel Chain, including seven hotels under the Park Inn brand in Astrakhan, Volgograd, Izhevsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Sochi and Yaroslavl with a total room stock of 1,063 rooms.

Cosmos Food and Cosmos Travel services have already been launched, and switching the hotels to the Cosmos brand will accelerate the achievement of our goal to become the best hotel chain in Russia. We have also launched a new website where the guests have the opportunity not only to get acquainted with our hotels, but also to book them. In the near future, we will launch a mobile application and our own loyalty programme. Thanks to modern technologies, our solution will be unique for the Russian hospitality industry, in fact, it is a marketplace with all the services necessary for the customer."

The Cosmos Hotel Group platform is aimed at meeting the needs of the guests. Its core is a strong brand based on the synergy of a high level of service and the use of advanced technologies.
