Cosmos Hotel Group joined the National Expert Council for the Development of Human Resources in Tour

Anna Kuvaytseva, Vice President for Strategic Communications and Human Development at Cosmos Hotel Group and CEO of the Cosmos Academy of Hospitality, has become co-chair of the National Expert Council for the Development of Human Resources in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, established by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. The council includes representatives of federal executive authorities, specialized educational organizations, development institutes, corporate academies and the industry community operating in the field of tourism and hospitality, relevant associations and committees.
The Council was established by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 62 dated February 6, 2025. Dmitry Vakhrukov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, Ambartsum Galustov, Acting Rector of RGUTIS, and Anna Kuvaytseva were appointed co-chairs of the expert council. Olga Akimova, Vice President for Operations at Cosmos Hotel Group, also joined the board.
The main task of the Council is to develop strategic initiatives aimed at improving the quality of personnel training for the tourism and hotel industry, as well as promoting the development of the industry as a whole.
The Council is a permanent expert advisory body. The first meeting will be held on March 21.
It should be recalled that the leading federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group pays special attention to human development and personnel training, both for its own network and for the hospitality industry in the Russian Federation. In 2024, more than 5,000 people were trained at the Sosmos Academy.

The leading federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group launched its own educational institution (Cosmos Academy) for staff training in 2018. The Academy offers students more than 50 courses of study in various applied specialties, including vocational schools, management and service programs. The training covers a wide variety of staff groups, both line staff and top management of the hotel.
