Cosmos Smart Moscow Semenovskaya received the CRE Moscow Awards

The three–star Cosmos Smart Moscow Semenovskaya Hotel has won the CRE Moscow Awards, one of the most prestigious professional awards in the field of commercial real estate. The project received an award in the nomination "Hotel real estate".

On April 24, the CRE Moscow Awards ceremony took place in Moscow. The Cosmos Smart Moscow Semenovskaya Hotel, which Cosmos Hotel Group opened in late April 2024, won in the Hotel Real Estate category. Since its opening, the hotel has welcomed more than 40,000 guests.

Cosmos Smart Moscow Semenovskaya is located in an area with developed infrastructure, a five-minute walk from the Semenovskaya metro station and allows easy access to the sights and Kursky railway Station. There are also cultural heritage sites nearby: Izmailovo Manor and Izmailovsky Park, as well as Semenovskaya Embankment.

Cosmos Smart Moscow Semenovskaya Hotel is primarily focused on accommodating business travelers and numerous tourist groups.

The CRE Moscow Awards were established in 2003 and for more than 20 years have become the main benchmark for quality and development in the industry. The participants are evaluated according to the strict methodology of the Moscow Research Forum, with the participation of more than 200 market experts, and reaching the finals is considered a significant achievement for the entire industry.
