Cosmos Hotel Group will operate a hotel on the territory of the Khabarovsk airport
Cosmos Hotel Group, part of AFK Sistema, will manage a three-star hotel at the airport in Khabarovsk, the company's press service told RIA Novosti. They said that Cosmos Hotel Group and Khabarovsk International Airport signed an agreement on the development of a hotel and business complex within the framework of the Khabarovsk advanced development area.
The hotel operator will take over the management of a 150-room three-star hotel under construction. Cosmos Hotel Group will provide technical support for the project, as well as take over the comprehensive management of the hotel, including service, quality of service and restaurant service in accordance with Cosmos hotel standards, selection of the hotel management staff and training of line staff.

"Non-refundable rates will allow hoteliers to make accommodation more affordable for guests who are confident in their trip. It is important that, in order to avoid disputes, the conditions and reasons for the refund of non-refundable rates are transparent and regulated at the legislative level for both the guest and the hotel. In addition, the guest will always have the choice to take a more profitable non-refundable fare, being confident in the trip, or a refundable one when in doubt," the press service of the hotel chain explained.
