The Airplane Group and Cosmos Hotel Group will develop health tourism in the Tver region

The Aeroplane Group and the federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group have signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop domestic tourism in Russia. The first joint project under this agreement will be a five-star hotel in the Port Emm Zavidovo rural resort in the Tver Region.

As part of the partnership, Cosmos Hotel Group will take over the management of a premium hotel complex with 80 rooms, and will also become a consultant for technical support in the design and construction of a new hotel, which guarantees a high level of quality and compliance with the requirements and standards of the federal hotel chain. The Aeroplane Group is carrying out the construction of the future hotel facility as part of the infrastructure of the Port Emm Zavidovo premium project. The hotel is scheduled to be commissioned in 2027.

The hotel complex with panoramic views of the Volga River will operate under the Cosmos Selection brand and meet the standards and quality of a 5-star country hotel. The future hotel will be located on the banks of the Volga River in the Kalininsky district of the Tver region on the territory of the rural resort village of Port Emm Zavidovo from the Airplane group. The premium resort village and the hotel have good transport accessibility: it will be possible to get from Moscow in 1 hour and 30 minutes along the M11 highway, and from Tver in 20 minutes along the Moskovsky/Leningradskoye highway.

The concept of the premium country hotel provides for the presence of three gourmet restaurants, a SPA complex, an outdoor heated pool and a children's club. Also, for the convenience of guests, there will be sports and children's playgrounds, a beach with the possibility of renting equipment and several bars, including one beach bar. The entire hotel infrastructure will be available to both guests of the complex and permanent residents of the resort village of Port Emm Zavidovo.
