A hotel under the Cosmos Stay Apartments brand will be opened in the Turquoise Katun resort.

Cosmos Hotel Group, Russia's leading federal hotel operator, Amtek construction company and Intermark Residence, the operator of service apartments, have signed a trilateral cooperation agreement on the development of hotel and tourism infrastructure. The first joint project of the companies will be a 4-star hotel complex with 611 rooms, located on the territory of the all-season resort Biryuzovaya Katun in the Altai Territory.

The Amtek Group of Companies is building a hotel complex. Cosmos Hotel Group, in partnership with Intermark Residence, will develop and manage the hotel in accordance with the standards of the federal hotel chain and the Cosmos Stay Apartments brand.

The hotel complex called Cosmos Stay Altay Katun will consist of four buildings with a total number of rooms for 611 units. The construction of the first two buildings with 351 rooms is currently being completed, which will house all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable accommodation of guests, including a cafe and restaurant, a banquet hall, and underground parking for 47 cars. The opening of the first stage is scheduled for the end of 2025. The other two buildings will include 260 studio apartments, a sauna complex, a SPA center and a swimming pool. The commissioning of the second stage facilities is scheduled for the end of 2026.

The Cosmos Stay Altay Katun hotel complex is located at 1A Biryuzovaya Street in the territory of the Biryuzovaya Katun resort, which is located within the perimeter of the tourist and recreational SEZ. Gorno-Altaysk Airport is 35 km away, and the main tourist sites are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For example, guests of the future hotel complex will be able to reach the Manzherok all-season resort in 30 minutes by car. The main natural attractions of Gorny Altai, such as the Tavda Caves and the Crossroads of Worlds Archaeological Park, are also nearby. In addition, tourists can choose a variety of sightseeing programs on the territory of the resort, and equipped ecotropics and hiking trails are available for active recreation, as well as the necessary equipment and equipment for rafting on the Katun River.
