New Cosmos hotel to open in Nakhodka

NAKHODKA, RUSSIA – At the tenth Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2025), Cosmos Hotel Group, a leading federal hotel operator, signed a cooperation agreement with Rai LLC, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV).

The agreement outlines plans to develop hotel infrastructure in Primorsky Krai, including the opening of a new 70-room franchised Cosmos Hotels property in the Yuzhno-Morskoy village near Nakhodka, at a secluded location on the picturesque Peshehurova Cape. The first phase of cooperation will involve the rebranding of an existing eco-hotel on the coast of the Sea of Japan under the Cosmos brand. The property will commence operations under the name Cosmos Atmosphera Primorye Resort.

The eco-hotel was constructed by Rai LLC with the support of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) and the Government of the Primorsky Krai. The investor has allocated over 200 million rubles to the project and plans to invest an additional 500 million rubles in the construction of a 70-room apart-hotel with a year-round thermal complex. Under the signed agreement, Cosmos Hotel Group will provide federal brand standards, access to its sales system, and staff training at its proprietary Cosmos Academy of Hospitality.

The eco-hotel is located in the Yuzhno-Morskoy village near Nakhodka, in a secluded area on the scenic Peshehurova Cape. The distance from Vladivostok is 150 km, and from the international airport, it is 122 km. The hotel offers guests 15 modern rooms equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a mini-kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and heating system. Each room can accommodate up to four people. The complex features a dedicated SPA area with three Furaco tubs with hot seawater and a Russian cedar-wood sauna. Other amenities include a well-maintained beach area, a children's playground, and opportunities for active recreation: SUP board and ATV rentals, and sea fishing. A restored lighthouse-chapel with an icon painted by the traveler Fyodor Konyukhov is located near the hotel.
