A new hotel under the Cosmos brand will be opened in the Sverdlovsk region.

Investors of the Arakai resort in the Sverdlovsk region will develop a hotel complex with 120 rooms and 38 houses under the Cosmos Hotels franchise, a corresponding agreement was signed with Cosmos Hotel Group. The facility will operate under the name Cosmos Arakai Hotel and comply with the standards of the federal hotel chain and the 4-star classification.

The Arakai resort is located in the Sverdlovsk region, next to the Deer Streams Nature Park in a picturesque location by the Serga River and on the banks of the Mikhailovsky Reservoir. The construction of the first stage of the hotel complex for 38 comfortable houses for rent is currently underway, the official developer is the 4HOUSE company. The investors also envisage the construction of a 120-room hotel complex. The first stage of 38 houses will start operating under the name Cosmos Arakai Hotel in September 2026. At the same time, it is planned to put into operation a coffee shop, a restaurant, a sauna complex, a retreat center and a family leisure center.

The first stage of the resort will include a retreat center, a sauna complex, a restaurant serving Russian and Tatar cuisine, a coffee shop, a family leisure center, children's and sports grounds, an open-air amphitheater and an all-season rental of sports equipment. The plans for the summer include beautification of the beach area, creation of opportunities for outdoor activities: rental of sapboards, ATVs, bicycles, fishing equipment, rafting and much more. You can get to the Arakai resort by car (the distance from Yekaterinburg is 130 km, from Koltsovo International Airport is 150 km), the travel time is 1.5 hours in summer and about 2 hours in winter. From April to October, a special train with an excursion component runs from Yekaterinburg to the Deer Streams Nature Park, which increases the accessibility of the resort for tourists without vehicles.

The Deer Streams Park is known for its natural landscapes, a lake, a mountain river, a relict forest, as well as unique ecotropics and hiking trails. Specially protected natural areas adjacent to the park ensure the environmental friendliness of this location and guarantee clean air, which is of particular value to residents of large cities.
