The first hotel under the Cosmos franchise will open in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK, RUSSIA – Cosmos Hotel Group, a federal hotel operator, announces the launch of its franchise program in the Far Eastern region. The first project will be the "Astoria" hotel in Vladivostok, which will be rebranded as a Cosmos Smart city hotel and change its current name in November. The corresponding agreement was signed at the tenth Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2025).

Under the signed agreement with Cosmos Hotel Group, the hotel owner will continue to develop the hospitality business in accordance with federal service and quality standards, gain access to the federal operator's integrated sales system, and benefit from staff training and development opportunities through the Cosmos Academy.

The Astoria hotel was built in 2015 and is designed to accommodate both individual tourists, business travelers, and numerous tourist groups, including international guests. The hotel offers 103 rooms in the following categories: Standard, Superior, Junior Suite, and Suite. It also features the Ogonëk farm-to-table restaurant with 120 seats. For business events and meetings, the hotel is equipped with two conference halls with capacities of 30 and 80 people, respectively.
