Tea mixed with sugar is an original Russian custom that turned tea drinking into a special unifying ritual. Cosmos hotels are reviving this tradition in the set menu "Russian tea party Gzhel", which harmoniously combines the attributes of different eras. Guests can appreciate the multi—tiered serving: on the lower level there are hearty royal pies like kulebyaki with veal, and on the upper level there are Soviet desserts familiar from childhood, such as Bird's Milk and Oreshek biscuits. Tea with gooseberry or pine cone jam, which was loved by Emperor Alexander I, gives a special charm.
