• Only dogs are allowed to stay.

• Upon check-in, the guest signs an information form confirming agreement with the rules of staying with animals.
• The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the animal to hotel property. In case of property damage, a damage report is prepared and signed by the guest, the security service, and the hotel maintenance department.
• The guest must compensate for the damage in full.
• The guest must comply with the rules for keeping, hygiene, and safety of their animal in accordance with its characteristics (e.g., using a cage, leash, muzzle, etc.).

• During routine room cleaning, the guest must ensure that the pet is not in the room.
• Animals are not allowed in breakfast areas, the lounge bar, and the hotel's surrounding territory, except for service dogs.
• If an unregistered animal is found in the room, the maintenance department staff informs the front desk to verify payment and take appropriate measures.
